Symantec has recently announced that Enterprise Vault version 6.0 will soon be End of Life. On July 5th of this year, Enterprise Vault 6.0 will have only limited support from the vendor via the knowledgebase.

Symantec will provide "Standard Support" for issues at all severity levels up to 30 months after the date of EOL. "Standard Support" is limited to fixes and error corrections, and does not include modifications or additions to the software, or content updates (with a few exceptions).
